Using an SX70 polaroid and 4x5 view camera, I explored and documented my son’s Kaleidoscope dollhouse a miniature version of the seemingly pristine space documented in architecture magazines. The images were made with the intention of creating scenarios that are similar in nature to film stills. I wanted to recreate moments of inner reflection, which are heavy with the multiple moods contained in a household. These thoughts being consigned to an inner silence offset by a seemingly benign daily routine.
